Project Description
This unique cottage is nestled into the hillside of a dramatic waterfront site located on Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey. The traditional gable shaped structure incorporates a contemporary floor plan while using natural exterior wood and stone finishes. The three-story wood frame cottage separates the traditional residential building program vertically while maintaining a strong visual access to the lake beyond. The vertical natural Cedar wood siding and natural stone finish compliment the beauty of the unique waterfront location.
